Imam-e-Kaaba Sheikh Dr Abdullah Awad Al Juhany here on Monday called on Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters in Rawalpindi, said Inter-Services Public Relations.
According to the military’s media wing, Imam-e-Kaaba Sheikh Dr Abdullah Awad Al Juhany and COAS Qamar Javed Bajwa agreed to boost efforts for peace among Muslim Ummah.
Talking to the COAS, Imam-e-Kaaba Sheikh Dr Abdullah Awad Al Juhany said, “Pakistan has significant importance in Muslim Ummah.” He said that Pakistan’s role for regional peace and stability was praiseworthy.
Both the leaders expressed satisfaction over the brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, said ISPR.
