Saudi Arabia’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir, who was due to arrive in Islamabad today, will now tour Pakistan on Sunday.
Sources said the Saudi minister is expected to visit New Delhi tomorrow and then will travel to Islamabad the following day.
Adel Al-Jubeir will be coming with an important message from the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman.
Sources said the agenda with regard to meetings between the Saudi minister and Pakistani officials are being finalized.
The purpose of his visit is to try and de-escalate tensions between the South Asian nuclear powers.
