Information Minister Fawad Hussain Chaudhry has said it is high time to broaden the cooperation between Pakistan and China by exchanging information and co-producing feature films.
He was Ambassador of China to Pakistan Yao Jing who called on him in Islamabad.
Fawad also sought China's assistance in establishing a technical media institute as part of the Media University, the government envisages to establish soon.
The Chinese Ambassador said the new visa policy announced by the Government is indicative of an open, confident and secure Pakistan.
He also appreciated PTI Government's efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and the personal efforts of the information minister in promoting positive image of Pakistan.
