    As polling day draws closer, political parties have redoubled efforts to secure votes from across the country.

    Today marks the last day for candidates to convince citizens to vote for them. 

    Political parties have till 12am to conclude their electoral campaign. In this regard, rallies will be held across the country today. 

    Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan will address citizens in different parts of Lahore while Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif will display his party's political strength in Dera Ghazi Khan and Rawalpindi's Liaqat Bagh.  

    In Sindh, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also address rallies in Jacobabad and Shikarpur. 

    The Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) will hold a rally in the federal capital, while in Karachi, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) will conduct a political power show in the metropolis' Liaquatabad locality.   

    General Election 2018 will be conducted in Pakistan on July 25 amid tight security arrangements.
