    A 4.8-magnitude earthquake struck parts of Punjab, particularly southern Punjab on Sunday, however, no loss of life or property was reported.

    Tremors were felt in Faisalabad, Chiniot, Multan, Bahawalpur, Uch Sharif, Vehari and DG Khan.

    The epicentre of the earthquake was 42 kilometres west of DG Khan with a depth of 10 km, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said.According to the organization, the earthquake struck at 19:21 pm.
