Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi says the tax net will be increased in the country by enhancing tax base and reducing tax rate.
In an interview with a private TV channel on Friday, he said that there are 112 million potential tax payers in the country and out of these only 1.2 million are in the tax net.
The Prime Minister said that amnesty scheme will be introduced in the country and latest technology will be employed to bring maximum people under the tax net.
