Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that the supremacy of the constitution will not be compromised.
The federal minister was addressing the inauguration ceremony of senior politician Javed Hashmi’s book in the capital.
Rafique said that all the political parties including the opposition worked for the freedom of judiciary although it wasn’t to see this day. We thought the dream of achieving judicial freedom has been fulfilled, Rafique added.
He said, The party was responsible for Javed Hashmi’s departure. Rafique said that no one can deny Hashmi’s political value.
The PML-N leader said that political parties should be allowed to run their own political course.
Hashmi is likely to meet former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday, where he will formally announce his re-merger with the PMl-N.
