Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will declare its verdict over petition against Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) intra-party elections on December 5.

The verdict was to be given today however; it was deferred for next hearing due to the absence of the judges.

During the hearing, Chief Election Commissioner said that the case was heard by a five-member bench which is incomplete today as two of the judges are absent.

While talking to media, former PTI member Akbar S. Babar said that Imran Khan is with his ATM machines and will refer to Supreme Court if the verdict is not declared in their favour.

The petitioner PTI’s Khyber Pakhtunkwa leader Yousaf Ali maintained that the party has now become a private limited company while they want democracy in PTI.
