An anti-terrorism court (ATC) hearing the PTV attack case directed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Friday to record his statement before police in all four cases against him.

The court adjourned the hearing of PTV and parliament attack case till December 7.

The PTI chief, speaking to journalists on Friday after appearing before the ATC, said that the federal government is calling his political protest 'terrorism' in an attempt to silence him.

Imran Khan, during his brief media talk, said that 'political' people are being accused of terrorism.

He said that he wants institutions to become stronger in Pakistan, adding that the former premier is attacking the institutions in view of saving his ill-gotten wealth.

“Don’t compare me with Nawaz. My comparison with him is like comparing me with Sultana Dacoit,” he said. “Nawaz should tell how his financial assets were shifted abroad.”

Khan recalled that when the Supreme Court issued directives against former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gillani, Nawaz had said that the court’s decision should be respected.
