Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed has said on Sunday that top court’s verdict to disqualify Nawaz Sharif came over his petition that cited Article 62 and Article 63.

AML chief addressed Youm-e-Tashakur rally in Parade Ground today.

Sheikh Rasheed paid tribute to the six-member Joint Investigation Team (JIT) and the five judges of the top court who delivered the verdict.

Rasheed said that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) would file petition in the top court tomorrow (July 31) to re-open Hudaibiya Paper Mills case and once it is reopened, the nation would forget Panamagate.

Rasheed said that the ‘snake is not dead yet but wounded’.
