The Supreme Court has removed Attorney General Irfan Qadir to prosecute in the contempt of court case against Riaz Malik.The two member bench in its verdict this morning said that attitude of Mr.Irfan was biased therefore he could not work as prosecutor in the case.Later the court adjoruned the hearing till 9th of October.The court issued a short order today barring the Attorney General from prosecution in the case.Later talking to the media persons‚ Counsel of Malik Riaz‚ Abdul Basit expressed displeasure over the short order and said they will file an intra court appeal against the order.
