  • Special court adjourns cipher case hearing till November 14

    In the hearing of the cipher case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, the statements of three prosecution witnesses could not be recorded and the hearing was adjourned till November 14.

    The cipher case related to the Official Secret Act was heard by Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain in Adiala Jail, in this regard, Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi have been brought to the courtroom.

    FIA Prosecutor Zulfiqar Naqvi, Shah Khawar, Rizwan Abbasi appeared in the court while Salman Safdar, Ali Gohar, Umeer Niazi have also reached Adiala Jail on behalf of the PTI Chairman.

    Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s wife and daughter Adiala have reached the jail for the hearing of the cipher case and barrister Taimur Malik and Faiza Shah are present in the court on behalf of the former foreign minister.
