QUETTA: A blast in the Double Road area of Quetta injured eight people including two policemen on Monday.
Senior police official Wazir Khan Nasir said that bomb was detonated through a remote-controlled device Monday in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province.
The blast destroyed cars and rickshaws parked nearby.
Rescue and security teams reached the blast site, which was cordoned off by the police.
The injured were moved to Civil Hospital. The number of people injured in the incident may rise.
