    The young doctors and the paramedics of the Quetta Civil Hospital on Thursday announced to end their strike on the assurance of the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar.

    The chief justice visited the Quetta’s Civil Hospital during the proceedings on the situation of hospitals and medical colleges in the provincial capital of the Balochistan province in the apex court’s Quetta registry.

    A strike was being observed during the visit of the chief justice from young doctors and other paramedics. The chief justice met with the protesting doctors and other staffers and assured them of resolving their issues on which they ended their strike.

    The chief justice said that doctors are like his children and they should continue with their work. He also directed the provincial government to fulfill the just demands from the protesting doctors and hospital staffers.
