In light of the deteriorating security situation in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, all educational institutions will remain closed on Tuesday, November 26. The decision was confirmed through a notification issued by local authorities.
Deputy Commissioner of Rawalpindi, Hassan Waqar Cheema, stated that both public and private schools would be closed on the given day due to the ongoing concerns regarding law and order.
The All Pakistan Private Schools Management Association also announced that private schools across the region would observe a holiday on Tuesday.
In Islamabad, the Deputy Commissioner confirmed that educational institutions would be shut on the same day, citing the ongoing security situation in the capital.
