There would be no extension in the amnesty scheme , alternatively the Assets Declaration Scheme 2019, as opposed to speculation rife in social and mainstream media, according to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) chairperson Shabbar Zaidi.
Zaidi said so in a press conference on Saturday here in the federal capital.
The FBR chief rubbished rumours that have been circulating for the past few days, confirming that "there would be no extension in the amnesty scheme".
