A clip of a woman harassing a Muslim while out shopping has gone viral. The Muslim woman, who doesn't want to be identified, allowed the white woman to cut in front of her in the queue because she looked to be in a hurry. However, instead of being grateful, it is claimed the blonde woman went on to make derogatory comments about Muslims.

The woman is alleged to have begun by passing comments on how another Muslim lady, who was wearing a niqab, was dressed, before turning around and asking the woman why she wasn't fully covered. The Muslim woman told her it was down to personal choice.

She then began filming the encounter.

The white woman changes the topic and starts to talk about female genital mutilation - it's at this point the woman filming the clip can be heard to say: "I shouldn't have let you in front of me."

To which the woman replies: "I wish they didn't let you in the country."

Somehow managing to keep her cool, the Muslim woman tells her she was born in the US.

The blonde woman then, bizarrely, says: "Obama's not in office anymore. We don't have a Muslim here anymore. He might end up in jail."

Fair play to the woman filming it, I don't think I could have been so calm. She casually tells the white woman: "You look a little crazy, maybe you need to get some help... normal people don't strike up conversations like that."

The clip, which was uploaded to Facebook by US stand-up comedian Jeremy McLellan, has since been viewed over three million times.

Alongside the video Jeremy wrote: "A friend of mine (who wishes to remain anonymous) just sent this to me.

"I've confirmed that it's real. This happened today at the Trader Joe's in Reston, VA. This woman was in a hurry so my friend (who is a Muslim woman) offered to let her go in front of her in line.

"That's when she started talking bad about a different Muslim woman in the store (who was wearing niqab) and asking my friend why she didn't cover as well.

"My friend replied it was a choice and the woman didn't believe her and started talking about FGM and telling her, 'I wish they didn't let you in the country.'

"That's when my friend started filming. "Enjoy. Let's make this lady famous."

The clip has attracted over 7,500 comments, as people rushed to condemn the woman's behaviour.
