There is always a certain friend who is an over-sharer and won’t stop posting pictures or views on Facebook.
Well! There might be a solution to that. Social media giant Facebook is testing a ‘snooze’ button that lets you temporarily mute the annoying friends, pages or groups on the News Feed.
The new feature is currently in the testing phase over the users in US and it is still unclear whether it will be available globally or not.
The button is found by clicking the three dots besides a post of the offending party and then selecting "unfollow or snooze" from the drop-down menu that appears.
Clicking on that option allows you to choose whether you’d like to Snooze someone for a day, a week, a month, or permanently.
However; no official announcement has yet been made by Facebook.
