Special Communication Organization says it has completed all arrangement to operate 3G and 4G internet service in Gilgit Baltistan.
A spokesman of organization while talking to our Gilgit correspondent said it has upgraded all installations in Gilgit and Baltistan.
He said laying of optical fiber cable is in progress.
