Tickets for World XI T20 matches went online for sale on eticketing.pk on Friday. The T20 matches are scheduled on September 12, 13, and 15 at Gaddafi Stadium of Lahore.
According to Pakistan coach Mickey Arthur, this series will be of historical significance and will help in bringing back international cricket to Pakistan. Ticket prices range from Rs. 500 to Rs. 8000. According to details, general enclosure tickets can be bought for Rs. 500, premium enclosure for Rs. 2500, first class enclosure for Rs. 4000, VIP enclosure for Rs. 6000 and VVIP enclosure tickets for Rs. 8000.

Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif had assured hundred percent security for World XI and Pakistan matches. Addressing the meeting, Shehbaz Sharif said that foreign players will be welcomed on their arrival at Lahore. He said that all the concerned institutions will have to work with passion and hard work for making these matches successful.
South African captain Faf Du Plessis will captain the prestigious World XI squad which includes 15 players of highest stature and standard from seven different countries. Five top players from South Africa including Hashim Amla, Morne Morkel, Faf Du Plessis, Morne Morkel and David Miller have boosted the overall line up of the World XI.
