    West Indian cricket board rejecting Federation of International Cricket Association (FICA) security report in Pakistan said they will consider own security team report not FICA.

    The West Indian board officials told media that board will prefer the security report of his own security experts and could not trust on FICA report.

    “If the atmosphere suitable for cricket in Pakistan than international cricket should have been restored her, ” he said adding that soon West Indies’s own security team will visit Pakistan to review the security situation.

    The PCB chairman Sheheryar said that West Indian Board’s team yet to confirm its visit schedule to Pakistan, however the talks being underway in this connection.

    Questioning the security at the final of Pakistan Super League (PSL) at Lahore as announced by Pakistan Cricket Board the Federation of International Cricketers’ Associations has asked international players to refuse a part of the event for their own safety.

    In its report the FICA has warned that the risk level in Pakistan remains “at an extremely elevated state” and that “an acceptable level of participant security and safety cannot be expected or guaranteed.”
