Former captain Wasim Akram’s wife Shaniera expresses deep grief over death of Junaid Jamshed in plane crash that left 47 passengers dead two days ago.
Voicing her heartfelt sentiments on micro-blogging website, Shaniera offered condolences to the bereaved families.

She said she is heartbroken over the death of passengers including Pakistan’s renowned figure Junaid Jamshed in unfortunate accident.

She said Junaid Jamshed was among the few who she met first of all after visiting Pakistan, adding her husband introduced Junaid Jamshed as one of great voices Pakistan boasts of.
Shaniera also retweeted her husband’s posts in which he deplored the tragic incident and grieved for the victims.
“Junaid Jamshed, you will always live in our hearts with your Dil Dil Pakistan,” he said in his tweet.
