Seven top Russian swimmers are out of Rio Olympics. According to Russian Olympic Committee head Alexander Zhukov about eight athletes of Russian Olympic team have been linked to doping scandals.
According to World Swimming body FINA seven Russian swimmers will not be able to participate in Rio Olympics this and all of them are linked to doping in one way or other.
Russian athletes are accused of using banned drugs with the help of the state in Winter Olympics 2014. However, the IOC rejecting complete ban on Russia announced that only athletes involved in doping will be banned.
