Pakistan People s Party (PPP) chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has on Friday expressed that Sindh is the land of Sufis and the terrorists are scared of the sufism’s message.
He professed this while addressing the opening ceremony of a two-day Sufi conference in Karachi.The conference was attended by certain national and international delegates.
PPP Chairman expressed at the occasion that the terrorists are scared of the message preached by Sufis and that is why they are targeting the shrines of prominent Sufis.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah also addressed the conference and professed that the message of Sufism is for every religion and language.
At the occasion, Murad Ali Shah also appreciated the organizers for putting up a great show while organizing such a grand function.
Something that really won laurels at the conference was the performance of artists as they sang the sufiana kalam of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai and which truly was the show-stopper at the occasion.
