    Taking notice of an exam paper of the Sukkur education board being leaked, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday warned that whoever was responsible for the leak "will be sent home".

    "There is no room for forgiveness in this matter," Shah said after a paper of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sukkur's class nine was leaked.

    The chief minister instructed the board and the university secretary to submit a "detailed report" on the matter on an urgent basis.

    Earlier this week, during a a meeting to review the overall performance of the provincial education department, Shah had promised to overhaul the public education system through unprecedented measures aimed at reforming the system.

    According to his envisioned plan, the Sindh government will work to improve teaching skills, make education totally free, develop a high quality curriculum and offer stipends to girl students.

    The chief minister directed the education minister to review the curriculum being taught in government schools for all classes.

    Shah also said he was working to establish a state-of-the-art teacher training academy, adding he wanted to make public education totally free in the province.
