Police on Saturday charged media personnel who had gathered outside the Sindh High Court where former provincial home minister was appearing before the registrar’s office.
Mirza arrived at the SHC to appear before the registrar and to have his bail extended in a case for harassing policemen. His wife, former National assembly speaker Fehmida Mirza also arrived at the court.
Black masked commandos and heavy contingents of police led by acting SSP South Chaudhry Asad took position outside ATC-III and blocked roads outside the court for public.
Black masked commandos carrying arms took several guiards of Mirza into their custody and lifted their vehicles outside the Sindh High Court.
