An anti-Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) alliance has been constituted in Sindh as various political leaders held a meeting at the residence of former chief minister Arbab Ghulam Raheem on Monday.

Former chief ministers Liaquat Jatoi and Ghaus Ali Shah, PMLF leader Saddaruddin Shah and former speaker of the National Assembly Elahi Bux Soomro were also present in the meeting.

During the meeting, Raheem said that the political leaders have not joined hands today for personal interests.

“Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leaders also visited my place on dinner two days ago,” the former chief minister said.

Condemning PPP’s performance in the province, another ex-chief minister Liaquat Jatoi said that corruption is touching the highest degree and there is not even a single sign of good governance in the province.

“There is neither law nor order in Sindh", Jatoi remakred while criticizing the PPP-led government. “We will talk to our friends in MQM and there is no harm in meeting them,” he added.

On the occasion, Pir Saddaruddin Shah said that after the 18th constitutional amendment all the departments have become 'half pheasant and half quail'.

Meanwhile, Ghaus Ali Shah called upon the Muslim League workers to come forward for the prosperity of the country.

“We moved courts against election riggings in Sindh,” he said while accusing PPP of carrying out rigging in last year general elections.
