According to details, ECP has approved the papers of PTI leader and dismissed all the reservations.
On the other hand, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Faisal Mir was called at 2 pm while ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s wife Begum Kulsoom Nawaz is all set to leave for London despite ECP’s summon at 3 pm.
The seat fell vacant after Supreme Court disqualified Nawaz Sharif under Artilce 62 (f) of the Constitution on July 28 in Panama Leaks case.
The polling in the constituency will be held on September 17.
