Unidentified gunmen on Tuesday night gunned down Professor Doctor Mehmood Aleem in Faisalabad.
Professor Doctor Mehmood Aleem was affiliated with Allied Hospital. The unidentified gunmen escaped from the scene on motorcycles, said an eye witness. Doctors’ organizations announced to hold strike today in Faisalabad against the killing of a senior doctor.
Young Doctors Association(YDA), Pakistan Medical Association and Medical Teacher Association announced to observe day of mourning today. All the OPDs at the government hospital will remain close today.
