Motorway police have foiled an attempt to sabotage law and order situation as they recovered huge cache of weapons hidden in a car en route to Lahore from Sheikhupura.
According to details, the security officers tried to stop a black color suspicious car after which the driver escalated the speed, causing the vehicle to collide with road divider near Kot Pindi.
The suspect fled the scene but the officers confiscated arms including 100 rifles, 7 pistols and bullets along with cement from the car.
On the other hand, Rangers have killed two alleged terrorists involved in several cases of murders and robberies and recovered suicide vests and arms during operation in Taxila.
