  • Gandapur offers to take financial responsibility of girl assaulted in D.I.Khan

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member Ali Amin Gandapur on Monday offered to take complete financial responsibility for the 16-year-old girl who was assaulted and stripped in her village.

Gandapur arrived at the affected family's residence today and met with the survivor, her mother, and residents of the area.

He promised to arrange the marriage of the teenager, but firmly maintained his stance that he had not, in any way, supported the accused men.

The PTI leader had earlier denied lending any kind of support to the accused and promised to visit the survivor’s family to clear the air and ensure his support after PTI MNA Dawar Khan Kundi had accused Gandapur of backing the accused.
