The recent snowfall in Skardu has intensified the cold weather, turning the entire area into a white valley.
The spell of snowfall has blanketed Deosai area, attracting the local and foreigner tourists who throng to the area to enjoy the weather.
On the other hand, heavy snow has also blocked the roads, disrupting flow of traffic. The visitors stated that the place is not only looks perfect in winter but has also scenic views in summer.
According to a Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) official, mountainous areas are expected to receive more snow.
