At the United Nations, Pakistan has said India is the mother of terrorism in South Asia.

This was stated by Pakistan's Permanent Representative at the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi while responding to the allegations of terrorism leveled against Pakistan by India 's External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in her address at the UN General Assembly session in New York.

She said India is using terrorism as a state policy. Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav has confessed of committing terrorism in Pakistan.

Maleeha Lodhi said Kashmir is not the part of India , but the state has illegally been occupied by India . She said India 's refusal to implement the UN resolutions on Kashmir dispute is a deception and aggression.

She said India is leveling allegations against Pakistan to divert world attention from the brutalities in occupied Kashmir.

Ambassador Lodhi said the international community will have to stop India from ceasefire violations on the Line of Control.

She said Pakistan wants resolution of all outstanding issues through talks. India will have to give up the policy of terrorism for talks.

She said Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself was involved in killing of Muslims in Gujrat, and hands of several leaders of the ruling party in India are stained with blood of innocent people. Even minorities in India are not safe.
