Spokesperson for former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has offered a reaction to former information minister Pervaiz Rashid’s statement by demanding off him to urge the government to public Dawn Leaks probe report if he is as innocent as he claims to be.

The statement given by the spokesperson censures the former senator for attempting to dump burden of his weaknesses on the ministry and the establishment. He said that had Rashid explained his statement, the former interior minister would then have revealed the kind of help he was seeking at the time off the ministry.

The spokesperson further said that if the former broadcasting minister is so victimised and innocent, he should urge the government to bring the probe report of Dawn Leaks to light.

He said that Rashid should have explained the conspiracy he referred to in his statement instead of leaving people solving an apparent riddle that he posed.

Earlier in an interview with a private television channel, Rashid had claimed that through all the controversies including ‘whatsapps’ and the ‘JITs’, ‘interior’ remained unchanged.
