Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday lauded former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, saying that during his four years reign economy of the country was strengthened.
In a statement issued here, Shahbaz Sharif said that the measures taken during the four years of Nawaz Sharif had strengthened the country economy.
He added that Pakistan would have attained height of progress and development had then repeated hindrance in the path of progress not been created.
He said that the elements who harmed the journey of development and progress would not able to face the masses.
Shahbaz Sharif said that they had resolved to serve the masses and no conspiracy can retain them from the public service.
He added that they would honor the mandate given to them by the masses and would come up to the expectation of the people.
He added that they countered every conspiracy against the progress and prosperity.
