Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif’s son Hussain Nawaz on Friday has appeared before joint Investigation Team (JIT), constituted to probe Panama Leaks case, for fifth time to record his statement.

According to sources, security arrangements inside and outside the Federal Judicial Academy have been beefed up to avoid any untoward situation whereas irrelevant people have also been barred from entering the place.

Talking to media, Hussain Nawaz said that strict action should be taken against those who leaked the picture. He also assured to cooperate with the investigation team whenever it calls him.

Earlier on Thursday, PM’s younger son Hassan Nawaz appeared before JIT instead of June 10 (Saturday) after a change in schedule.

JIT had also submitted its second report in Supreme Court of Pakistan after reviewing which the top court remarked that the probe into Panama Papers case against Sharif family is heading in the right direction.

Nawaz Sharif has been under pressure to resign since reports based on documents leaked from a Panama-based law firm indicated his sons owned offshore companies.
