Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has on Saturday explained that Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has ordered action under Para 18 and could not be understood by reading only one document.
Talking to the journalists, Ishaq Dar said that Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar had already explained the Dawn Leaks. He added that the notification had been issued by PM for implementation on the approved recommendations.

Earlier, Dar was addressing a seminar of South Asian Federation of Accounts (FASA), where he said that the government inherited a poor economy and the growth rate of the previous years was just 3% back then.
He claimed that Pakistan will achieve 5% growth by the end of the current year.

Ishaq Dar said that the global financial institutions trusted Pakistan’s statistics and according to them, Pakistan’s growth was 6%.
