Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Saqib Nisar has taken notice on an application of an overseas Pakistani about charging of unnecessary fee for issuance and cancellation of Pakistan Origin Card.
It was prayed in the application that National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has been charging exorbitant fee of twenty two thousand rupees for preparation and thirty one thousand rupees for cancellation of Pakistan Origin Card.
The Chief Justice has sought report on the matter from Chairman NADRA.
