    PM’s children decide to change lawyer in Panama case PM’s children decide to change lawyer in Panama case

    Children of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Monday submitted a request to Supreme Court of Pakistan to change their lawyer a day before it hears landmark Panamagate case.

    PM Sharif’s children Maryam, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz acquired services of senior advocate Akram Sheikh to replace Salman Aslam Butt in Panama Leaks case.

    On November 3, PM Sharif submitted before the Supreme Court that he does not own any offshore companies.

    Sharif family’s previous counsel Salman Butt submitted replies on their behalf on November 7, stating the PM’s children are not public office holders, adding Maryam Safdar is not a dependant of Nawaz Sharif.

    It is pertinent to mention here that the apex court will hear landmark hearing tomorrow and set the deadline for all parties to file evidences.
