    The government failed to satisfy the opposition as the latter has rejected new Terms of References (TORs) proposed on Monday as Opposition has also drafted new TORs which would be presented before the parliamentary committee on Tuesday.

    After chairing a consultative meeting over four new TORs proposed by the government, Senator Aitzaz Ahsan said that government wanted to protect Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and his family at any cost.

    He said that the opposition would present viable TORs on Tuesday.

    Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the opposition would welcome every practical stance stated by the government and that he wanted accountability across the board.

    The opposition leaders stated that accountability should be commenced from PM and his family.
