Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has constituted a special committee to review the system of pension and point out malpractices and suggest measures for its revamping.
Chairing a briefing session at Auditor-General's office in Islamabad, he expressed concern over the reports about ghost pensioners.
The Finance Minister said the committee should also come up with proposals in a fortnight for simplification of pension procedures and facilitation to pensioners.
