    Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam in her weekly briefing in Islamabad on Thursday informed that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s meeting with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi is undecided.

    FO spokesperson said PM would participate in South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Summit on November 26 and November 27 while meeting with host country (Nepal) leadership has been settled. She said the decision of not using the car provided by the other country has been taken by the security staff. We shall therefore ourselves be bearing PM’s security and protocol. FO told that 55 thousand people have lost their lives at the hands of terrorism whereas operation is being carried out against the militants, irrespective. Not only economic imbalance but various other issues including poverty and unemployment have enticed terrorism, she added. Tasnim Aslam also informed that they analysts from that United Nations have visited Line of control (LoC) and the areas affected by Indian offences. Organized attacks from across the border have diminished from the past two weeks, she added.
