  • Qadri vows not to turn away without ousting current rulers

    Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr Tahirul Qadri has said that a revolution has become inevitable in the country and vowed not to turn away from Islamabad, until the current rulers are not ousted.

    Addressing the participants, Dr Tahirul Qadri said that millions of people across the country have awakened up now and humming ‘go Nawaz go’. “Soon this ‘go Nawaz go’ will be heard inside the parliament, while a time will come that the PM Nawaz Sharif and Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif will also be chanting the same”, he said.

    The PAT chief said that the Inqilab March gave courage to the nation and the people are standing up for their rights, adding, “We will turn away from here after driving the rulers out of the power corridors”.

    During the address, he also presented a model of decentralization of the country and devolution of powers, in order to provide all the basic rights to the people as a result of his proposed revolution in state.

    Dr Tahirul Qadri elaborated bit-by-bit details to the participants that how the local governments will be formed in rural and urban areas and the issues of the people will be resolved in their own villages and towns.

    He said that the natives will be having magistrates, doctors and other officials in their own areas and they will not have to travel to distant places.
