    Mamnoon Hussain says development projects do not belong to any particular party or group but will serve entire country. 

    President Mamnoon Hussain has urged all strata of society to reject any obstacle in the way of completion of mega development projects launched by the present government. 

    He was addressing the members of parliament of Balochistan in Quetta on Tuesday. He said these projects do not belong to any particular group or party but will serve the entire country. Referring to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), the president said this will generate economic activity in the country and create hundreds of thousands of new job opportunities for the youth.

    He said the CPEC project envisages several projects of motorways and energy as well as development of port and international airport at Gwadar. Referring to Zarb-e-Azb operation, the President said the operation against terrorists is heading towards conclusion while Karachi operation is also showing positive results. 

    President Mamnoon Hussain also held a meeting with Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai at Governor House in Quetta on Tuesday. They discussed matters pertaining to development of the province with particular focus on the development of Gwadar port. 

    Earlier, on his arrival, President on a two day visit to Quetta, the President was received by provincial Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, provincial ministers and other government officials. During the two day visit, the president will meet various delegations including parliamentarians and journalists in Quetta.
