National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) on Wednesday cut power tariff by Rs1.70 per unit.
Nepra, the power sector regulator, slashed the power tariff under funnel adjustment mechanism. The cut was allowed for the months of July.
The relief will be passed on to the power consumers in bill of August.
